60 minutes introducing gentle, slow and still movement. In this session, you’ll work through Yin Yoga. Together we’ll find long, passive holds, growing more comfortable with stillness. The offering integrates the use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) to fully support stimulation, deep relaxation and a sense of restoring and renewing your mind, body, and energy.
